📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in managing the bakery operations.,Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and quality standards.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Train and supervise junior staff in pastry preparation techniques.,Ensure all food safety and health regulations are followed.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Assist in special events and promotions by preparing unique pastries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
