📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and support.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Conduct regular stock checks and inventory management.,Organize and manage store promotions and events to drive sales.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar position.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
