📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide high-quality medical and health services to patients, including routine check-ups, diagnostic tests, and emergency care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive healthcare solutions.
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose medical conditions, and prescribe appropriate treatments.
• Administer vaccinations, perform minor procedures, and manage chronic disease management programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
• Negotiate with insurance providers and third-party payers to secure coverage for patients.
• Educate patients and the public on health promotion, disease prevention, and healthy living practices.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest medical advancements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related health field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role.
• Valid professional certification and license to practice in Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
