📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.,Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.,Oversee compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
