Oversee daily cooking operations and ensure food is prepared to high standards.,Manage a team of cooks and ensure they are trained and motivated.,Plan and organize food inventory and supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Prepare and present food according to customer requirements.,Monitor food costs and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Cook or similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team of cooks.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
