As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the company has the necessary materials and supplies to meet operational needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Assist in the development of purchasing strategies and plans.,Handle supplier payments and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
