AETHER Pratama is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Staff to join our team in Palembang. As a QC Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality checks on products and services to ensure they meet the required standards.,Identify and document quality issues and report them to the relevant teams.,Work closely with production and other departments to resolve quality issues.,Maintain and update quality control records and reports.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.,Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control processes.,Provide feedback to the production team on quality improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field.,Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
