📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and recruiters.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Proven track record of successful hiring and onboarding processes.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
