📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage a team of staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support personnel, to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure product availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving sales growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
