📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounting systems,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Conduct financial analysis and provide financial advice to senior management,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and provide tax planning advice,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders,Train and mentor junior accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus
