📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster professional growth and development.,Mentor and train junior accountants, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge in financial accounting and reporting.,Collaborate with senior management to analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.,Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, working closely with the finance team to develop and implement financial plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, with the last 3 years in a senior management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
