PT Ekspresi Bintang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and by promoting special events and promotions.,Manage and mentor a team of restaurant staff, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and marketing, to ensure the restaurant's success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
