📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and curate compelling content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.,Manage our online reputation by monitoring social media channels and responding to comments and messages.,Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute public relations campaigns.,Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry contacts.,Organize and promote events, promotions, and special occasions at ShiShi Nightclub & Izakaya Lounge.,Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and public relations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and public relations.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and building online communities.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong creativity and content development skills.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and other relevant software.,Knowledge of the nightlife industry and experience in a similar role is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
