🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Studio Lead or similar role in a creative or craft-based industry.,Strong background in creative leadership and project management.,Deep knowledge and appreciation for traditional Japanese craftsmanship, particularly wagashi making.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire a team.,Ability to work creatively and innovatively to develop new products and designs.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage studio operations effectively.,Familiarity with marketing and branding strategies to support creative campaigns.,Ability to travel and participate in trade shows and events as required.
