📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, sales tracking, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing store policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.,Assist in training and supervising store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
