Shine Prime Unggul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Yogyakarta. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales growth.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
