Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage the boutique staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the boutique and attract new clients.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that the boutique has access to the best products and services.

  • Organize and host beauty events and workshops to engage with clients and build brand loyalty.
  • Ensure that the boutique adheres to all health and safety regulations.
