Central Direct Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our business growth and development strategies.

As a Deputy Business Development, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, develop and implement business plans, and manage key client relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies and plans.
  • Manage and maintain key client relationships and accounts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate business development KPIs and metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
