📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and disburse payments to vessel owners in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain and update financial records and disbursement schedules
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with the accounting and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Monitor and report on disbursement activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses
• Provide support to the shipping agency team in managing vessel disbursements
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a disbursement or finance-related role
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with the shipping industry and vessel disbursement processes
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
