Easy Prime Nusantara is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Bontang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve financial goals.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to senior management.,Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and reconciliations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, including ERP systems, accounting software, and data analysis tools.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices is a plus.,Experience in managing a finance team is a plus.
