📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to hiring and onboarding.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Assist in workforce planning and budgeting.
- Coordinate with managers to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or chemical industry.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
