PT Cendana Luhur is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Cilegon, Banten. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Manage store budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Promote the store's brand and products through various marketing initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
