📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate banquet operations to ensure smooth execution of events.,Manage and train banquet staff to maintain high standards of service.,Plan and organize events, including menu selection, decor, and logistics.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle client inquiries and ensure their satisfaction.,Manage banquet inventory and ensure timely restocking.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.,Monitor banquet budget and ensure cost efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using banquet management software.,Familiarity with event planning and coordination.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs.
