PT Raya Wisesa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team at our restaurant in Manado. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the cashiering team to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.,Handle cash and non-cash payments, including credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to the management.,Train and develop junior cashiers to maintain high standards of service.,Assist in inventory management by ensuring accurate recording of sales and stock levels.,Participate in shift planning and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in the restaurant industry.,Strong background in cash handling and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Proficiency in using POS systems and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
