📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in managing financial activities and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
