📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs through assessments and feedback.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS).,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
