📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct feasibility studies and pilot projects to evaluate the integration of advanced technologies in manufacturing processes.
Develop and implement innovation strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and technology integration.
Monitor and analyze production data using advanced analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and implement cutting-edge manufacturing technologies.
Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging continuous learning and development among team members.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on innovation initiatives and their impact.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing innovation and process optimization.
Proven track record of successfully implementing advanced technologies in manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, including AI, IoT, and digital twins.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
Excellent project management skills with experience using tools like MS Project, Jira, or similar.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for business purposes.
