📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product promotion and sales.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.,Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
