📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the hotel or restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and coordinate the work of front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide training and development opportunities.,Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the premises, adhering to health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of leadership and management experience.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with hotel or restaurant management software and systems.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid work permit for Indonesia.
