📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other user-facing documents.,Write API documentation and other technical references.,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation.,Ensure documentation meets industry standards and best practices.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in technical writing.,Mentor and train junior technical writers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and collaboration skills.,Familiarity with API documentation and other technical references.
