Gold Silver Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized programs.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in their work.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
