PT Sanpota Batara Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team in DI Yogyakarta. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy.

As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, managing a team of warehouse staff, and ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective.
  • Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed, using our inventory management system.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that inventory levels are maintained and that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Work closely with suppliers to manage inventory levels and ensure that products are received and stored correctly.
  • Ensure that all warehouse documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and stock management principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
