📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Hyundai vehicles, including oil changes, brake services, and engine diagnostics.
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to accurately diagnose and repair vehicle issues.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry best practices.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections and ensure all vehicles meet Hyundai's quality standards before they leave the service center.
• Maintain and update service records and customer information in the company's database.
• Assist in training and mentoring new service technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician, preferably in Hyundai vehicles.
• Knowledge of Hyundai-specific diagnostic systems and repair procedures.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software, such as Hyundai's proprietary systems.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
