📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process medical claims accurately and efficiently using Epic, Cerner, and Practice Fusion.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the claims processing cycle.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare billing and coding.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development opportunities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing or a related field.
- Certification in CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or CPC-H (CPC for Healthcare).
- Familiarity with Epic, Cerner, and Practice Fusion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with healthcare compliance and billing regulations is a plus.
