As a Corporate Legal Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our legal operations, working closely with our management team to navigate complex legal challenges. You’ll draft and review contracts, conduct due diligence, and provide guidance on employment law, intellectual property, and corporate governance. This role is perfect for a professional with 5+ years of experience in corporate law, ideally with a background in the F&B industry.

In this position, you’ll use tools like Clio for case management, Westlaw for legal research, and Microsoft Office Suite for document preparation. A degree in Law and certifications in corporate law or related fields are a plus. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide strategic legal advice to the management team on corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Manage legal risks and ensure compliance with Indonesian and international regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, including employment contracts, franchise agreements, and supply agreements.
• Conduct due diligence on potential business partners and investments.
• Advise on employment law matters, including hiring, termination, and workplace policies.
• Monitor and report on legal trends and regulatory changes that may impact the company.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law.
• Certifications in corporate law, business law, or related fields are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate and employment laws.
• Experience in the F&B industry is a significant advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with legal software such as Clio, Westlaw, and Microsoft Office Suite.
