📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain machinery for the production of dry mortar, including mixers, conveyors, and packaging equipment.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on machinery to prevent downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Participate in quality control checks and inspections.
• Keep accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the dry mortar production industry.
• Knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance, including mixers, conveyors, and packaging equipment.
• Understanding of quality control processes and standards.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software or tools, such as SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
