📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and management teams to design and deliver training programs focused on employee development and well-being.
• Create and maintain an engaging and informative internal communication platform using tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams.
• Organize and facilitate team-building activities and events to strengthen relationships and foster a sense of community among employees.
• Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in employee engagement and incorporate them into our initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and team leads on best practices for employee engagement and recognition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful employee engagement programs.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for creating positive workplace environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
