📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including routers, switches, and other network equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity and performance.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and end-users.
• Document all technical activities and maintain accurate records of IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop and implement solutions for clients' IT needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT infrastructure.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the ICT industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar networking certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in using network management tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel within Central Kalimantan.
