📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Utilize project management software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6 to manage projects efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare detailed project reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and project staff.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure construction plans are feasible and practical.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management.
• Professional engineering license (PE) in Indonesia.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
