📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the management and maintenance of state buildings in Bangka Belitung
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for state buildings
• Manage budgets and financial planning for building maintenance
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for building maintenance and repairs
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and building codes
• Conduct regular inspections of state buildings to assess their condition and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the aesthetic appeal of state buildings
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Balai Gedung Negara team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in building management and maintenance
• Proven track record of successfully managing state buildings and infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of government regulations and building codes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with building management software such as FM:Web, ARCHIBUS, or similar
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive government vehicles
