• Assist in managing daily retail operations, including inventory control and cash handling.
• Support the team in customer service, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.
• Learn and implement retail best practices, using tools like QuickBooks and POS systems.
• Assist in training new staff, helping them understand the company’s culture and operations.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the store’s improvement.
• Help with special events and promotions, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales and operational reports.
• Learn about the company’s business strategies and how they impact the store’s performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or F&B environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service.
• Familiarity with retail management software, such as QuickBooks or POS systems, is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
